Leo Jarzomb was assigned to shoot this police sting operation in Whittier. The caption reads: Whittier police officer Rich Jensen tickets and impounds the vehicle of Maria Garcia Lopez of Bell near Whittier Superior Court as part of a sting operation after she appeared in court March 5, 2008. Garcia Lopez had her driver's license suspended after she was involved in an accident while driving under the influence of alcohol and without insurance last year.
