Public to weigh in on Superintendent search

| | Comments (0)
The public is invited to provide their input to the Chino Valley Unified School District tonight at 6:30 p.m., at Don Lugo High School, 13400 Pipeline Avenue, to help indentify board criteria for consideration of a permanent superintendent. The district will soon begin the process to find a replacement for former superintendent Edmond Heatley who resigned last spring for a similar position in Georgia. The next public hearing on the matter will take place on Monday, Sept. 28 at 6:30 p.m, at Chino Hills High School, 16150 Pomona Rincon Road.  The district is currently being headed by interim superintendent Wayne Joseph, a former teacher and prinicipal at the Pomona and Chino Valley Unified School Districts. Joseph announced earlier this year his intention to pursue the permanent position.
