Schools taking part in anti-leukemia programs

 Cortez Elementary and Walnut Avenue Elementary schools are among the schools in Chino participating in the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society Orange County/Inland Empire Chapter's School & Youth programs in the 2009-10 school year.

The programs include Pennies for Patients and The Olive Garden's Pasta for Pennies.

Ayala High School in Chino Hills is also participating.

Additional schools are encouraged to participate.
