Chino moves on street improvements

The Chino City Council voted on Tuesday to approve a $2.1 million contract with All American Asphalt of Corona for continuing work on the city's Street Rehabilitation project.
The city also authorized an expenditure of up to $250,000 for project contingencies and $50,000 for construction engineering services.
Street segment improvements include work on Walnut, Central, Chino, Edison, Pipeline, Schaefer avenues and Riverside Drive. Intersection improvements include Edison at Grand Avenue, Edison at Ramona Avenue, Schaefer at Central, Riverside at Monte Vista Avenue, and Schaefer at Cypress Avenue.
