'General Hospital' soap star to meet local fans

Local "General Hospital" fans will be able to meet one of the star's of the popular soap, Rebecca Herbst, who plays Elizabeth on the show.
Herbst will be in Chino as part of Soap Opera Digest magazine's "Shop Like a Soap Star" national tour. She will be signing autographs and posing for pictures on Oct. 24 from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Wal-Mart Supercenter, 3943 Grand Ave. The event is free.
