Public speaking seminars scheduled in Chino

The Chino Creek Toastmaster club is welcoming all to attend seminars for the public to learn public speaking and effective listening every Thursday at the Inland Empire Utilities Agency, Building A - Raines Conference Room, 6075 Kimball Ave., Chino.

The club meets from noon to 1 p.m. The public is welcome to bring lunch.
