Pre-enrollment meetings for charter school to start

Oxford Preparatory Academy, the new K-8 charter school opening in the Chino Valley in September, will begin offering pre-enrollment parent information meetings next week.
The first will be held 4:30-6:30 p.m. Thursday<NO1>, Feb. 11<NO> and Feb. 18 <NO1>4:30-6:30 p.m.<NO> at the Founders Recreation Center, 2000 Founders Drive, Chino Hills.
Other meetings:
Feb. 25: 5 to 6 p.m., Chino Community Building.
Feb. 27: 1:30 to 3:30 p.m., Chino Senior Center.
March 4, 4:30 to 7:30 p.m., Chino Community Building.
March 20, 9 a.m. to noon, Crosspoint Church in Chino. 
Anyone interested in learning about the educational philosophy of this school, which will enroll students from kindergarten to eighth grade, should attend one of the meetings.
These meetings will allow perspective families to learn more about this public school, which will focus on teaching all students using "The Theory of Multiple Intelligences." 
Attendees will be able to speak to founders Sue Roche and Jason Watts, along with the other lead petitioners, as they explain the curriculum, schedules, educational philosophies and enrollment procedures for Oxford Preparatory Academy.
