Soroptimists Offer Blast to the Past

Plan to join in on the fun and excitement as members of the Soroptimist International of the Chino Valley Club "Blast to the Past," on Saturday, April 2 at the El Prado Country Club, located at 6555 Pine Avenue in Chino.

The 50's and 60's style evening will include a car show, dinner, dancing, a silent auction, and contests. Guests are encouraged to dig into their closets and wear clothing from the 50's and 60's. All proceeds from the evening will be used to fund scholarships for seniors in the Chino Valley Unified School District, generate Human Trafficking awareness, fund "Stepping Up," a one-day seminar for 6th grade girls, and support local charitable organizations.

The event will kick-off at 5:30 p.m. with the car show and a no-host cocktail hour. Tickets are $35 per person in advance and $40 at the door. Tickets are available through club members or you may contact Karen Haughey at 909-627-2607 to RSVP by March 25. Tickets are limited.
