Blood drive scheduled for Saturday in Chino

A LifeStream Community Blood Drive will be held from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday at Farmer Boys, 13675 Central Ave., Chino.

Supplies permitting, donors will receive a coupon for a complimentary cheeseburger, courtesy of Farmer Boys in Chino. Donors also receive and an "Everyone's a Kid" discounted ticket to Knott's Soak City water parks with their first donation since March 21, and a free Knott's Soak City voucher to Knott's Soak City Palm Springs with each subsequent successful, completed donation through Sept. 30. 

Healthy individuals at least 15 years of age may donate blood. Those 15 and 16 years of age must provide LifeStream with written parental consent. Parent consent forms are available at any donor center, community blood drive or at www.LStream.org. All prospective donors should be free of infections or illness, weigh at least 110 pounds, and not be at risk for AIDS or hepatitis.
