Skills for success in the community as part of Autism Awareness Month

Casa Colima Children Service's assistant director and speech language pathologist Melissa Driftmier will detail building social and pragmatic skills for success in the community, according to a Claremont Center for Spiritual Living news release.

The presentation will take place at the Claremont Center for Spiritual Living, 509 S. College Ave.

Driftmier will focus on organization, effective communication and conflict resolution "which lead to success within families and also individuals with autism," according to the news release.
