Family history and genealogy will be discussed from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Sept. 15 inside the meeting room of the Claremont Library.
The library is at 208 N. Harvard Ave.
"The lecture is designed for the beginner and introduces the novice to genealogy to help them navigate the many branches of their family tree," the library said in a news release.
Charlotte M. Bocage, who has more than 40 years of genealogy experience, will teach the PowerPoint class.
