Yes, that is Miley Cyrus, she of the "Hannah Montana" and "Party In The U.S.A." fame.
Antonovich writes, or someone in his office writes, on the card that "Michael Jr. and Mary Christine met their favorite actress-singer Miley Cyrus."
I'm interested in what it doesn't say. It doesn't say that Cyrus remained the kids' favorite after the meeting or if Antonovich can recite a song lyric from "The Climb."
Maybe that's for the best.
