Children's singer Melissa Green to perform Saturday at library

Melissa Green, who started her career singing to children while teaching in New York City, will play her brand of folk/pop children's music at 2 p.m. Saturday.

Her debut album "Here We Go" was released in 2006.

The Friends of the Claremont Library are sponsoring the Melissa Green's Songs and Stories performance.

The library is at 208 N. Harvard Ave.
