House concert with Steve Gillette and Cindy Mangsen Feb. 12
Steve Gillette and Cindy Mangsen will perform at 7:30 p.m. Feb. 12 as part of the Gelencser House Concert series.
The duo, who mix traditional and original music, have been performing for 19 years. They use a banjo, guitar and concertina, while their live performances are "known for rich harmony, compelling songs and a good dose of humor," according to a news release.
Gillette's songs have been covered by John Denver, Garth Brooks, Tammy Wynette, Linda Ronstadt and others.
