7-Eleven appeal scheduled for tonight withdrawn
"Dear Resident,
I wanted to inform you that the potential franchisee for the 7-Eleven store, to be located in a portion of the building at 601 E Foothill, has withdrawn their appeal. Therefore, the March 2, 2010 decision of the Planning Commission to deny the Conditional Use Permit for the proposed convenience store and alcohol sales stands.
