Claremont Public library roundup
- Jeff Abbit, or Abbit the Average, will present a Comedy Magic and Juggling variety Show at 2 p.m. Saturday at the library.
The high-energy comedy show is free and includes audience participation. The Friends of the Claremont Library is sponsoring the performance.
- Chef Andy Matsuda will demonstrate sushi making and give sample tastes at 1 p.m. March 27. In 2002, Matsuda started the Los Angeles based "Sushi Chef Institute" and he consults for sushi bars and many Japanese restaurants. The Friends of the Claremont Library is sponsoring the performance.
A Friends of the Claremont Library Poetry Reading will take place at 2 p.m. March 28 at the Claremont Public Library.
Poets Bruce Williams and Catherine Henley Erikson will be inside the library meeting room.
