The city council briefly spoke about this naked ride on Tuesday night. Unfortunately, the photo caption appears to be incorrect. It reads: "Girl Talk played at Harwood Halloween, but paused his music for 30 minutes due to safety concerns. (Andrew Hong/TSL)"
