Sushi Making with Chef Andy Matsuda March 27
Chef Andy Matsuda will host Sushi Making at 1 p.m. March 27 at the Claremont Public Library.
Matsuda started the Sushi Chef Institute in 2002 in Los Angeles and the known master Sushi Chef consults for many sushi bars and Japanese resataurants.
"Join Chef Matsuda as he demonstrates the art of Sushi making and presents sample tastes from the master himself," according to the news release.
The Friends of the Claremont Library are sponsoring the event.
