Alice Waters to speak at Scripps tonight
Alice Waters, an author, social pioneer and chef, will speak at 8 p.m. inside the Garrison Theater at Scripps College Performing Arts Center, 231 E. Tenth St. The event is free and open to the public, according to a Scripps College news release, from the Roxanne Wilson Fund for Women's Leadership and the Katharine Howard Miller Endowed Speakers Program.
