Comic book and pop culture show Sunday

The Claremont Packing House Comic Book and Collectibles Show will take place from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday.

The free event takes place at the Packing House, 532 W. First St. 

Performing will be The Plus Tones, a rhythm and blues, rock and blues band and Adam West The Bat, described as comic book rock, in the late afternoon.

There will be animation screenings from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and kids activities. 

Light saber demonstrations, where the Saber Guilty shows attendees how to handle a Light Saber, and comic book art demonstrations will also take place.

Besides the music and activities will be collectibles, comic books and art dealers with vintage and new graphic novels and comic books. Private collectors to sell their collections and comic book publishers with creator signings, comics and graphic novels are also scheduled to attend.
