Low cost flu shots Saturday
Pomona Valley Health Center will offer a low cost flu shot while supplies last Saturday.
The $15 shots, for older children ages 9 and up and adults, take place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. with the immunization including the H1N1 vaccine.
Shots are available at the Pomona Valley Health Center, 1601 Monte Vista Ave. and are also available at the PVHC at Crossroads, 3110 Chino Ave., Ste. 150A in Chino Hills.
Shots are cash only at the immunization time.
The week of Nov. 8-12 is the third annual national Urgent Care Awareness Week, according to the news release.
Both of the PVHCs do provide urgent care center services and the upcoming flu clinics are being held in recognition of the awareness week, according to the news release.
