The documentary film "God and Allah Need to Talk" will take place at 3 p.m. Sunday at the Seeley G. Mudd Theater at the Claremont School of Theology, 1325 N. College Ave.
The film is about an interfaith Passover Seder to bring together Muslims, Christians and Jews, according to a news release.
The film will help start an April 17 interfaith Seder experience held at the Islamic Center of Claremont, 3641 N Garey Ave., Pomona.
The Claremont Interfaith Working Group for Mid-East Peace is sponsoring the event. The group's September 2010 walk drew more than 700 participants, according to the news release.
Filmmaker Ruth Broyde Sharone will be at the Sunday screening.
Before the film, a musical presentation will take place from two singers with deep roots in Israel and Palestine, one Jewish, Dalit Argil and one Muslim, Zahra Trouqi, according to the release.
The documentary is 18 minutes follows a 2004 Muslim-Jewish "Seder of Reconciliation" at Temple Kol Tikvah in Woodland Hills and the Human Relations Commission of the City of Los Angeles has endorsed the film, according to the news release.
