The Claremont City Council passed in a 3-2 vote an agreement Tuesday between the city and four groups - the Claremont Employees Association; the Claremont Management Association; the Claremont Professional Employees Association; and the San Bernardino Public Employees Association.
Councilman Opanyi Nasiali and Corey Calaycay voted against the agreement.
