Claremont comedian to perform benefit in Pasadena
Comedian Big Wood, real name Winston Churchill Woodard Jr. of Claremont, will perform with other comedians like London Brown at 9:30 p.m. July 22 inside The Annex Room at the IceHouse in Pasadena.
The IceHouse is at 24 N. Mentor Ave.
Half of the proceeds will go toward Rancho Cucamona resident Jamel Howard, 27, who has no money for dental work, a wheelchair and operations after an automobile accident two years ago turned him into a quadriplegic.
Tickets are $10 and The Annex holds 75 people.
