Claremont Pooch Park closed until August 27
The Claremont Pooch Park, at 100 S. College Ave., will be closed until Aug. 27 for field renovation where workers will scalp the older turf. re-seed and top dress the field, according to a city news release.
According to the release, the fields are used heavily and the renovation will keep the fields in good condition.
The Pooch park at Rancho San Jose Park, 660 W. San Jose Ave., will remain open.
