Comment or protest Golden State Water rate increase for 2012, 2013 and 2014
Residents can comment or protest a Golden State Water Company rate increase for 2012, 2013 or 2014 with the California Public Utilities Commission, according to a city news release.
People can write or e-mail or the public advisor's office with comments given to the CPUC commissioners and an administrative law judge assigned to the case.
Comments, according to the release, are accepted through the proceedings which could be completed in December 2011.
