Claremont Unified School District school start date and meeting on Wednesday
The Claremont Unified School District starts school on Aug. 30 and ends on June 4.

The school district will have an open board meeting at 4:45 p.m., after a 4:30 p.m. closed session, to appoint a principal, an assistant principal and a baseball coach.
The meeting will be held at the Richard S. Kirkendall Education Center, 170 W. San Jose Ave.
The principal will be installed for Oakmont Outdoor School, the assistant principal will be installed for Claremont High School and the baseball coach will be installed for Claremont High School.
