Principals and baseball coach appointed at school board meeting; Aug. 25 meet and greet

The Claremont Unified School District appointed unanimously the positions of elementary principal, assistant principal and baseball coach at their Aug. 10 meeting.

Stacey Stewart was appointed elementary principal for Oakmont Outdoor School; Anita Arora was appointed assistant principal at Claremont High School; and Geoffrey Ranney was appointed baseball coach at Claremont High School.

The meeting took place at the Richard S. Kirkendall Education Center, 170 W. San Jose Ave.

Meanwhile, a meet and greet with the newly appointed will be held Aug. 25. Details, from the district, are below:
