AbilityFirst Claremont Center seeks holiday gift donations; Due date Dec. 1

AbilityFirst's Claremont Center needs gift donations for children and adults with disabilities for its annual holiday party on Dec. 10, according to a news release.

Gifts are given to children with physical and developmental disabilities and adults with disabilities.

New, unwrapped gifts valued at $10 to $15 can be dropped off at 480 S. Indian Hill Blvd. before Dec. 1.

Adult gift suggestions include jewelry, games, gloves, wallets, cologne, scarves, hats, purses, etc. Children's gift suggestions include craft supplies, lunch boxes, games, jewelry, gloves, etc.

Ability First, which began as the Crippled Children's Society in 1926, is one of Southern California's largest and oldest nonprofit social service organizations, according to the release.
