What do you want in a new Claremont Unified School District superintendent?
I posted the question "What do you want in a new Claremont Unified School District superintendent?" on Facebook and received some detailed answers. The question came from the district asking for the community's help in selecting the next superintendent tonight and Thursday night at separate forums (find more information at http://www.cusd.claremont.edu/sup/pdfs/sup_search/forum_flyer.pdf ).

Someone who will recognize that we have added 50 portable classrooms to bring in 1500+ students from outside to fund to bigger bureaucracy. We have less then 50% of the salaries going to the teachers. Lets right size CUSD for our citizens who choose to move here. Time to focus and prioritize the students needs over the administrators and non teaching staff who take more of the funds every year on the backs of our teachers and students.
