Parents challenged in Hacienda Heights

"Rachel's Challenge" continues today with a parent meeting in the gym at Los Altos High School from 4 to 5 p.m. in Hacienda Heights.

The high school assemblies yesterday were very inspiring, according to the students. Most said they were up to the challenge of making Los Altos a kinder place. See the full story in an upcoming edition of the Hacienda Heights Highlander.

Los Molinos Elementary School will also have a kick off assembly for its Move-a-Thon from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. in the cafeteria.
