Effective Parenting classes offered

Rowland Unified will offer Effective Parenting Classes tonight in the multipurpose room at Rincon Intermediate School in West Covina. 

The class will be presented in English from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. and in Spanish from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
