A very busy day at Wedgeworth Elementary

Looks like a full day at Wedgeworth Elementary School in Hacienda Heights.

The day begins with a "Blow the Whistle on Crime!" Safety Assembly with School Police Chief Tony Argott. The chief will distribute whistles to students.

The basketball team will also be recognized on the blacktop at 8 a.m.

Parent Education Academy will follow with a session on "How to Maximize Success in the Gate Child," and PTA Parent Meeting in the Multipurpose Room at 8:30 a.m.

API Celebrations and student awards for STAR 600 & 500 Club Students will be held in the Multipurpose Room at 12:45 p.m.

It will be followed by "Epoxy Unglued Show," By the "Jumbo Shrimp Circus Clown" for all students.
