Clippers only down 2 at halftime

Against the 11-1 New Orleans Hornets, the Clippers almost tied to the score at the last second of before the halftime break, but Eric Gordon’s bucket was too late and LA is down 57-55.

Blake Griffin again is spearheading the Clippers attack with 15 points and six rebounds. After his 44-point outpoint on Saturday night, Griffin is again scoring from all over the place with his usual array of dunks as well as several outside jumpers and some aggressive inside play. Al-Farouq Aminu has also been hot in the first half with 16 points on 6-7 shooting from the field and 2 of 2 from three point land.

Eric Gordon is the other player in double figures with 11.
