Clippers up 48-40 at half

| | Comments (0) |

The Clippers are leading the Spurs at halftime by eight.

Blake Griffin leads LA with almost a double-double already - 17 points and eight rebounds with two assists. He is the only Clipper in double figures, but Eric Gordon and Rasual Butler have nine each at the moment. The team is shooting 52% from the field and 5-11 from three-point range, but still is having trouble with turning the ball over. They've had 10 to the Spurs' four in the half.

San Antonio is led by Manu Ginobili with 10 points, while Tim Duncan has four and Tony Parker only has two. Together, Duncan and Parker are shooting 2-for-9 and the team is shooting a paltry 34% from the field.

Hopefully, the Clippers can come out strong in the third unlike Sunday's game against the Jazz
