In almost a textbook game, the Clippers (11-24) beat Denver (20-14) and did just about everything right.

Eric Gordon scored 28 points - with 4 3-pointers - Blake Griffin had 22 points, 18 rebounds and seven assists, Baron Davis put in 16 points and had eight assists, Ryan Gomes scored 13 and DeAndre Jordan had a breakout game with 14 points, 20 rebounds, six blocks and three assists for LA and they won at home.

Along with the balanced offense and defense, the Clippers didn't lose their first half lead in the second; only had 12 turnovers, outscored Denver in three of the four quarters and shot 10-of-27 from the three-point line.

The Clippers got revenge on the Nuggets, which had won their previous two meetings this season
