Clippers beat Rockets at home

The Clippers used an 11-point third quarter advantage and fought off a late Rockets surge to win at home.

Four Clippers scored in double figures led by guard Eric Gordon - who returned from a long absence due to a wrist injury - who had 24 points and Chris Kaman added 21. Two players got double-doubles for Los Angeles (22-40) including Blake Griffin (20 points, 14 rebounds) and Mo Williams with 17 points and 11 assists.

Kaman was one rebound away from his own double-double with 20 and nine boards and DeAndre Jordan had eight points and led the team with 16 rebounds.
