San Antonio leads Clippers 72-60 after shooting 75 percent in first half

The San Antonio Spurs rolled up 72 points in the first half and led the visiting Clippers 72-60 at intermission Monday night at AT&T Center in San Antonio.

Almost unbelievably, San Antonio (17-11) shot 75 percent (30 of 40) from the field, 66.7 percent (6 of 9) from 3-point range. Point guard Tony Parker, who had missed five consecutive games with a hamstring injury, led his team with 19 points.

The Clippers (19-8) shot 47.6 percent from the field, 50 percent (6 of 12) from beyond the arc. They got 18 points from J.J. Redick.
