I think that Janice Hahn COULD NOT HELP BUT KNOW who our gang prevention dollars are going to. That hard core criminals are getting tax dollars we could be using to pave streets, keep libararies open and pay for police IS NOT AN ACCIDENT!
When public money goes to urban terrorists who are members of Racketeer Influenced Corrupt Organizations, it is time to ask District Attorney Steve Cooley for a Grand Jury investigation of Hahn and the whole gang interventionist mess.
