El Segundo man accused of stealing $2.7 million from a pet insurance company

Stephen Anthony Frlekin, who has a CPA practice in Brea, is accused of pilfering the money from Veterinary Pet Insurance and transferring to offshore accounts. He's due in court tomorrow, according to an Orange County District Attorney press release.
