Woman who died aboard flight from LAX identified
A woman who died aboard a flight from Los Angeles International Airport to Atlanta early Wednesday was from Ventura.
Michaele O'Neil Carnahan, 61, was discovered in the restroom aboard Delta flight 950, authorities said.
Carnahan was on her way to a wedding in Florida, said John Bankhead, a spokesman for the Georgia Bureau of Investigation.
"She was found deceased inside the restroom and there was a physician on the plane who pronounced her dead when they got to her," Bankhead said.
An autopsy is scheduled for Thursday.
Bankhead said there was nothing to indicate foul play.
"Everything points to natural," he said.

My question is - how long had she been in the bathroom? Surely a seat partner may have noticed she had not returned and an attendant should have checked. What does that take - "hello, are you ok"
And since there was a doctor on board, her may have been saved. There should be questions and not just accept that WHEN they got to her, she was dead.
Condolences to her family.
