BREAKING NEWS: Torrance police catch bank robbery suspect
Torrance police say the guy in the mask is Carlos Cisneros, 23, of Los Angeles. They busted him Wednesday as a suspect in a robbery at Washington Mutual Bank at 2750 Pacific Coast Highway. We'll have a story on the Website later tonight and all day Thursday.

I still can't believe that an angel like you could be sent to prison. You're that guy that stepped in when you saw that huge accident and tried to stop the guys (that caused the accident) from running after badly injuring the women in the second car. You're the guy that picked up a 3 week old kitten which was in the middle of a busy street laying next to her mother who had been run over by a car and kept her. You're the guy that stopped and helped that man and his girlfriend when their rented U-Haul dropped all those HEAVY planks off the bead of the trunk at the on-ramp to the 405 freeway. Not to mention, you are that guy that got even me to start giving $10 and $20 bills to homeless ppl. You have so much good coming your way... just wait and see. Hope you know how many ppl love and respect you. We CAN'T WAIT to have you back. LOVE AND MISS YOU. You are in my prayers an dreams each and every night. MUAH.
