*Tagger video and photos of evidence against Carson graffiti suspects

UPDATE: Looks like the guy pulled his video off the Web after I posted it.

Carson sheriff's detectives have arrested three young men as suspects in dozens of incidents of tagging along the Harbor Freeway from San Pedro to Gardena. Read the story.

They are still looking for more suspects, including a guy who posted this video of his many graffiti accomplishments. (Can you spell E-V-I-D-E-N-C-E?) His alleged accomplices took photographs of their work. Investigators found the photos during Thursday morning raids and have all those shots ready to take to court.

Here's the video:(Advisory: The dude chose music that contains some offensive language.)

Here's photos of spray cans, the suspects' own photos of their work and oversized clothes used to protect their pants and shirts from getting splattered. Deputies showed us the evidence today.

Clearly, graffiti is backward, third world blight. I just hope the prosecutors and court do their work in this case. Because these youngsters, should have the kitchen sink thrown at them, and then some.

Rick said:

Bet they get very little punishment, and their parents will swear up and down they didn't know a thing about it. Meanwhile-taxpayers get out your checkbooks because we have been billed for all the cleanup. How about just shipping them to Guantanamo for 20 years. How do we end up with these cockroaches in our society? Artists in deed!

Bob Fox said:

For those that are juveniles their parents should also be punished. If they are too poor to pay money then they should be made to do public service. The guilty juvenile and parents should be made to clean graffiti, every weekend, for 1 month per thousand dollars in damages.

That will help increase parent responsibility and supervision.

Life is full of choices. All choices have consequences.

For the taggers... I admire their art. The problem is that not all people see graffiti that way. I think the taggers (if caught) should be punished with painting over what they've damaged. To taggers tagging is artwork like they say, but also a way they can express themselves and feel free. If it is a crime to have a hobby than all of us should be punished don't you think?

Are you kidding me? The taggers didn't know that what they were doing was wrong! That's why they went out in the middle of the night to do their art work. Tell me it wasn't the thrill of not getting caught for so long?

craig said:

they will get a slap on the wrist. remember, they are just poor, dumb, backward, little brown boys that dont know better. cops said one even cried like a little baby when caught. and being that its ONLY art, heck, lets give them all a big award for being so artistic. when idiots like the LA mayor dont even stand up to vandals(remember when his bus was tagged while he was on it, and he invited the tagger to be his protégé), then this is what we get. funnt how the cops and the paper make such a big deal out of this when we all know there will be no real punishment. i dont know what wastes more money, repainting over horrible graffiti, or paying for cops to arrest vandals and then a judge just lets them off. both seem to be a horrible waste of time/money. i would prefer that someone just shoot them on the spot and be done with it(and i aint kidding).

I approved the above comment, but let's refrain from the racism folks.

This is the best page I have read. I really like all the comments back and forth... And for your info. Craig its not only the brown people that tag. I can almost bet if there are any minors in your family they have tagged at least once. You mean you have never written on bathroom walls/any kind of property that did not belong to you how about a book or a desk when you were young. Well if so that is TAGGING...
