Police confirm that the standoff in San Pedro has ended. The guy surrendered.

I'll get more when I can.

(By the way, thanks to the residents up close who kept me informed.)

Ok, this person ran into HIS very own apartment, in which he has lived there for approx the last 4-5 months. This apartment is right next door to mine. He is going thru family problems, don't need to go thru that. Plus his own issues. I found out at Kaiser this was happening, but did not know till I got off work that it was right there. I have spoken to the man before. Never had a clue he could be doing these things. Got fully informed by my other neighbor that lives right next to him and was speaking with him to help get him to give himself up. Thankfully no on was hurt. Now who is going to move his car so's the driveway can be used.
