I, too am a current victim. I contracted with an authorized Directv dealer who committed to a package and I signed a contract. When the installer sought to initiate service, he was told that the package didn't exist. I was offered a different package that cost significantly more. Having terminated my Dish contract, I reluctantly accepted something I didn't really want. I was then overbilled. The dealer intervened and told me I would have a credit on my next bill. I did, but I was also charged for services that were supposed to be free for 3 months and for more than the "frozen" prices I had accepted. I'm told now by Directv reps that the dealer has no culpability and I owe beaucoup termination charges!
