Hermosa Beach hit-and-run sentencing postponed 11th time
Is it like donuts? You know, you get 12 sentencing dates and the 13th is free? Ruben Vargas' senencing, scheduled for yesterday, was postponed to Oct. 14 for sentencing. Again.

the real question here is:
Is Mr. Vargas still allowed to drive to and from these court appearances? This is the man who allegedly drove into a house in the wee hours of the morning.
And wouldn't it be nice to know exactly what the hell the guy was doing with a married woman in that alley?
