Joseph Storm was re-arraigned today on charges stemming from an alleged assault on a homosexual, No-on-Prop.-8 button wearer in Torrance with a "Yes on Prop. 8" lawn sign. He returns to court for a pretrial on Jan. 22. A Feb. 17 trial date was set, but these things are not in stone.

Storm is your typical "skinhead", it is very difficult to argue with stupity. The Torrance Court system needs to send a message to "skinheads", the min sentence should be 20 years at Folsom State Prison!Storm will be someones little "bitch" for 20 years. Justice needs to prevail.

I can't argue with you "skinhead" analogy. Your avg. skinhead has the IQ of a cockroach. My question is what was the homosexual man doing walking around at 2:00am in the morning? Sounds as if me may have been looking to provoke baldy.

Larry,

Remember, this is America, you can do whatever you want at 2:00 am. Don't get me wrong, I am against homosexuals, but,I don't go around looking for them to beat up at night. Baldy will have a tough road ahead of him. When you get charged with a "hate crime", you are looking at serious time if convicted.

hmm... i feel a lot of ignorance in here. Just because a person has a shaved head does not make them a 'skinhead'. You all should get a life & quit worrying about something that does not concern you, or effect you in any way. Big Mo, you being "against Homesexuals" makes you no better than Joe. What makes them different then you?
