Wiseburn daycare provider admitted he touched little girls
It was just more than three months ago that I stood in the Ruiz family's den with Gloria and Tito Ruiz, who run a daycare from their Wiseburn home. There, among the comfy sofas and Betty Boop collectibles, Gloria and Tito Ruiz said they were perplexed by allegations that Tito Ruiz sexually molested little girls in their care.
However, what I didn't know then - but know now - was that Tito Ruiz, 65, had already admitted to a sheriff's Special Victims Unit detective that he touched a 6-year-old girl five or six times on her breast and used his bare hand and toilet paper to wipe two other little girls after they used the toilet. The detective, who testified at his preliminary hearing today, said Tito Ruiz knew it was wrong, but he was "curious."
Tito Ruiz was ordered to stand trial for six counts of lewd and lascivious acts on a child. Look for full coverage of the hearing later on dailybreeze.com and in Tuesday's newspaper.

he ADMITTED it was wrong, which meant he was doing it in a wrong (sexually perverted) way. he was getting off on it- that's gross.
Tito admitted to the detective he knew it was wrong what he did!!! Get this sexual prediator off our streets. 65 year old man doing this to children. Send him on the next bus to Folsom State Prison. I hope "Bubba" is his cell mate.

This guy is a pedophile who has been committing these acts for long time and has been getting away with it. He has been committed these acts on family members for years. Gloria and other family member have turned their heads to this for many years. Someone notified the DA, The DA investigated and more cases came in from people who do not even know each other. Didn’t he get fired from the school he worked at as a janitor?

Has someone stopped to consider if these kids were pressured into saying these things. A small child that age does not even think that way unless an adult or other person has put these thoughts into their mind. Only an adult can find an innocent act like releasing a child's arm from their grip & turn it into a filty act of perversion just because their hand happened to brush across their chest in the process. A child that age does not have breasts & if she is saying he touched her breasts that could only have come from an adult putting that idea into her head. Has anyone wondered if these kids have a pattern of making up stories for attention. Think about that before you accuse an innocent man & put the family through this unbearable horror...
A small child 4 and 6 making up stories this detailed come on get real! Open your eyes children of that age cant even grasp that concept yet alone make up a sexual story in thier little under-developed brains.
