FELONY COMPLAINT

The undersigned is informed and believes that:

COUNT 1

On or between February 7, 2009 and February 8, 2009, in the County of Los Angeles, therihannabrown.jpg crime of ASSAULT BY MEANS LIKELY TO PRODUCE GREAT BODILY INJURY, in violation of PENAL CODE SECTION 245(a)(1), a Felony, was committed by CHRISTOPHER BROWN, who did willfully and unlawfully commit an assault on ROBYN F. by means of force likely to produce great bodily injury.

COUNT 2

On or between February 7, 2009 and February 8, 2009, in the County of Los Angeles, the crime of CRIMINAL THREATS, in violation of PENAL CODE SECTION 422, a Felony, was committed by CHRISTOPHER BROWN, who did willfully and unlawfully threaten to commit a crime which would result in death and great bodily injury to ROBYN F., with the specific intent that the statement be taken as a threat. It is further alleged that the threatened crime, on its face and under the circumstances in which it was made, was so unequivocal, unconditional, immediate and specific as to convey to ROBYN F. a gravity of purpose and an immediate prospect of execution. It is further alleged that the said ROBYN F. was reasonably in sustained fear of his/her safety and the safety of his/her immediate family.
"NOTICE: The above offense is a serious felony within the meaning of Penal Code section 1192.7(c)."

NOTICE: Conviction of this offense will require the defendant to provide DNA samples and print impressions pursuant to Penal Code sections 296 and 296.1. Willful refusal to provide the samples and impressions is a crime.
NOTICE: The People of the State of California intend to present evidence and seek jury findings regarding all applicable circumstances in aggravation, pursuant to Penal Code section 1170(b) and Cunningham v. California 2007 U.S. LEXIS 1324.

I DECLARE UNDER PENALTY OF PERJURY THAT THE FOREGOING IS TRUE AND CORRECT AND THAT THIS COMPLAINT, CASE NUMBER BA353571, CONSISTS OF 2 COUNT(S).

This is very sad. Such manhandling is not allowed by me, they will only do what you allow.
Therefore hopefully she will end this relationship of abuse, its totally unacceptable!
This time beaten, next time dead?

I presume I should use a power surge protector with the massive number of electronics in my house. Would it be less expensive to get a surge protector for the whole house such as this whole house surge protector that this review site talks about? Seems like it might be less expensive to buy 1 good protector for the whole house opposed to having one for everyplace I've got a lot of electronics. What do you people think?
