The news of the death of Chief Kenneth O Garner, not only took me by surprise, but hurt as I considered Kenneth Garner a friend. He was a catalyst in bringing together the hispanics and Afro Americans with the police, and we, as Hispanic pastors and ministers learned to trust and respect Kenneth. I have great pictures with the warm hearted servant who was transparent, and a true friend. I can say with all certainty, that "We saw God in him" The Lord has healed you completely. Kenneth; We will miss you indeed. Our prayers are with the family, and the family of LAPD too. May god protect them and be with them all.

Sincerely
